Process crash via unchecked parser offsets

Improper offset validation in Elastic Filebeat allows attackers to crash the process via a malformed Syslog message or Dissect pattern. The Syslog parser and Libbeat Dissect processor use input-derived positions without adequate bounds validation, leading to an invalid buffer access and panic. The Syslog path requires reachability to an enabled listener, while the Dissect path requires control of a tokenizer pattern; either interrupts log collection until Filebeat restarts.
