Service interruption via post-removal LUN reset

Use-after-free in the smartpqi driver in Linux allows local users to interrupt service by racing LUN reset work with device removal. The abort handler can queue a reset while sdev_destroy() frees the same device, so delayed TMF work accesses resources after removal. The race requires a smartpqi-managed device to be removed while reset work is pending; the published impact is service interruption.
