Kernel warning via concurrent mac-hid sysctl writes

Race condition in the mac-hid subsystem of Linux allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through concurrent sysctl writes. mac_hid_toggle_emumouse reads old_val before taking its mutex, so concurrent writers each register the same input handler and double-add its list node. Triggering the condition requires root access to the sysctl; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel warning, not a documented crash or code execution.
