Kernel crash via incorrect WED device reference

Improper device reference handling in Linux kernel 6.8.0 through 6.17.12 and 6.18.0 through 6.18.1 allows remote attackers to crash the kernel. The mt76 WED callbacks derive the owning mt76_dev from mmio.wed even when the callback device is mmio.wed_hif2, producing an invalid pointer dereference. Reachability requires MT7996 hardware using the secondary WED interface, such as a 6 GHz link, and a flow-offload callback; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the system.
