Use-after-free via unlocked regulator alias list

Race condition in the Linux regulator core allows attackers to trigger a use-after-free during concurrent alias operations. Three alias-management functions traverse or modify regulator_supply_alias_list without holding regulator_list_mutex, permitting removal during lookup and conflicting insertions. The published record identifies no attacker-controlled path; a successful race can also create duplicate entries or expose inconsistent mappings to consumers.
