Remote client crash via stale layoutcommit flag

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux 4.10 and later kernels allows remote attackers controlling a pNFS server to crash an NFS client. pnfs_mark_layout_stateid_invalid leaves NFS_INO_LAYOUTCOMMIT set after invalidating the last layout segment, so writeback traverses a NULL layout. Exploitation requires a mounted NFSv4.1-or-later pNFS share served by an attacker-controlled or compromised server; the resulting oops or panic interrupts the client system.
