Kernel crash via undersized USB receive frame

Memory-safety failure in the Linux kernel from 3.16 allows local users to crash it via an undersized gs_usb receive frame. gs_usb_receive_bulk_callback reads gs_host_frame header members before verifying the URB's actual length, then dereferences an undefined dev pointer while resubmitting a short transfer. Reaching the flaw requires the gs_usb driver to process a malformed transfer from attached CAN USB hardware; effects are bounded to a kernel crash and kernel-memory disclosure.
