Kernel data disclosure and crash via short URBs

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel gs_usb driver allows local users to disclose kernel data or crash the system via short USB frames. gs_usb_receive_bulk_callback derives the expected payload length from frame flags and enabled features, then accesses and copies bytes without first ensuring urb->actual_length contains them. Reachability requires the gs_usb receive path and a connected or emulated USB/CAN device capable of returning a truncated transfer; no data modification is reported.
