System hang via premature team device type change

Denial of service in the Linux kernel team driver allows local users to hang the system through crafted team and GRE device setup. team_port_add calls team_dev_type_check_change before later validation, so a rejected active GRE port still replaces team0's header_ops with ipgre_header. The sequence requires local network-administration access; later traffic treats team private data as an ip_tunnel and can hang the host.
