IRQ resource corruption via uninitialized cleanup

Improper cleanup in Linux from 6.3 allows attackers to cause unspecified impact via a failed Microchip DSA switch setup. In drivers/net/dsa/microchip/ksz_common.c, the error path calls ksz_irq_free() for ports whose ksz_irq values were never initialized instead of limiting cleanup to fully initialized ports. Reachability requires the Microchip KSZ DSA driver and a setup failure such as ksz_ptp_irq_setup() failing; the public record does not establish attacker control or a resulting crash.
