Kernel crash via uninitialized Comedi async pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Comedi PCL818 driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel during device detach. On early pcl818_detach(), pcl818_ai_cancel() dereferences s->async->cmd even when read_subdev never received a comedi_async object. Reachability requires local ioctl access to detach a PCL818 Comedi device; the demonstrated consequence is a general protection fault and kernel crash.
