Local GPU crash via missing suspend handler

Denial of service in the Linux AMD PMC driver on ROG Xbox Ally systems allows local users to crash the AMD GPU during resume. The platform/x86/amd/pmc implementation lacks a Van Gogh SoC handler and therefore fails to complete S0ix suspend on this S3-incapable device. The condition is limited to non-X ROG Xbox Ally hardware and requires a local suspend-and-resume cycle; the resulting impact is a GPU-driver crash rather than data disclosure or modification.
