Conditional kernel panic via split trace-buffer VMA

Improper VMA handling in Linux kernel 6.10 through 6.12.60 and 6.13 through 6.17.10 allows local users to trigger a warning. Splitting one trace-buffer mapping makes vm_ops->close call ring_buffer_unmap() multiple times for a single ring_buffer_map(), so later calls return -ENODEV and reach WARN_ON. Access to a trace-buffer mapping is required; the default outcome is a warning, while panic_on_warn=1 converts the WARN path into a kernel panic.
