Synchronous external abort via post-clock-disable register access

Denial of service in Linux allows local users to trigger a synchronous external abort on Renesas RZ/G3S systems during USBHS unbind. During driver removal, usbhs_sys_function_pullup() reads an IP register after usbhs_remove() has already disabled the USBHS clocks, causing a bus error when module stop is active. Reachability requires administrative sysfs access, a configured USB gadget, the renesas_usbhs driver, and affected hardware; the documented consequence is the synchronous abort.
