Use-after-free via Bluetooth socket bind-write race

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel Bluetooth HCI socket layer allows local users to trigger unsafe memory access via concurrent bind and write calls. hci_sock_bind can free a management command through mgmt_pending while hci_sock_sendmsg still uses that command because the paths lacked shared locking. The trigger requires concurrent local HCI management-socket operations; published evidence demonstrates a KASAN slab use-after-free but no further consequence.
