Local file disclosure via external DTD resolution

XXE in Apache SIS 0.4 through 1.5 allows remote attackers to read local server files through crafted geospatial or metadata files. The shared XMLInputFactory and per-data-store StAX factories leave file-protocol external DTD access enabled, so entity resolution substitutes local file contents while parsing DGIWG GeoTIFF metadata, ISO 19115 XML, GML CRS definitions, or GPX. Exploitation requires an application or user to parse the crafted input; the reported consequence is local-file disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
