Phishing via trusted-context Secure Messaging links

UI misrepresentation in OpenEMR before 7.0.4 allows attackers to present phishing links through authenticated Secure Messaging. In portal/messaging/messages.php, renderMessageBody applies DOMPurify's HTML profile but retains anchor tags and their href attributes, so external content opens inside the OpenEMR or Portal context. A sender needs a Secure Messaging account and a recipient must open the message and click the link; the demonstrated consequence is trusted-context phishing, not direct code execution.
