Information disclosure via unprotected server routes
Published Jan 1, 2026 · Updated Jan 1, 2026
Information disclosure in Signal K Server before 2.19.0 allows remote attackers to read vessel schema and hardware data via HTTP endpoints. The route list in src/tokensecurity.js omits /skServer/availablePaths, /skServer/serialports, and /skServer/hasAnalyzer, so http_authorize permits unauthenticated requests even when security is enabled. Network access is sufficient to enumerate vessel data paths, connected serial devices, and analyzer availability; no data modification or service interruption is reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
