Task hang via unchecked encoder channel count

Denial of service in the Linux multiq3 driver allows local users to block tasks and attached devices through crafted channel counts. The multiq3_attach() function copies it->options[2] into s->n_chan without an upper bound, causing multiq3_encoder_reset() to loop over an excessive number of channels for minutes. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to invoke open() or COMEDI_DEVCONFIG, and the bounded consequence is a prolonged task and device hang rather than a host crash or reboot.
