System hang via no-lock page-owner spin

Infinite-loop flaw in the Linux kernel 6.15 through 6.17.5 allows attackers to hang the system during page-owner allocation accounting. add_stack_record_to_list() proceeds with stack-record allocation when the caller's GFP flags prohibit spinning, so a no-lock allocation path can wait indefinitely. Reachability requires page-owner accounting and a no-lock allocation path; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
