CVE-2025-6825Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated service interruption via unchecked submit-url length

Published Jun 28, 2025 · Updated Jun 30, 2025

Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A702R 4.0.0-B20230721.1521 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via HTTP POST. The /boafrm/formWlSiteSurvey handler processes an oversized submit-url value without bounds checking, overflowing its destination buffer. A valid sessionCheck token is present in the published request, and the demonstrated consequence is denial of service rather than code execution.
