Kernel hang via i915 GGTT lock inversion

Deadlock in affected Linux kernel i915 drivers allows local users to hang systems during GGTT VMA pinning on supported Intel hardware. i915_vma_pin_ww synchronously commits fence work while a reservation lock is held, after which intel_ggtt_bind_vma invokes stop_machine and acquires the cpu_hotplug lock in the reverse order. Exposure requires a Cherry View processor, or a Broxton system with VTD enabled, and the consequence is limited to service interruption.
