Service interruption via active timer teardown

A timer lifetime flaw in Linux kernel NILFS2 6.12 allows local users to interrupt the system during log-writer teardown. nilfs_segctor_destroy() frees segment-constructor state after kthread_stop() returns -EINTR without synchronously shutting down sc_timer, leaving the timer active against freed state.
