CVE-2025-6824Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated service interruption via unchecked submit-url length

Published Jun 28, 2025 · Updated Jun 30, 2025

Buffer overflow in the HTTP POST handler in TOTOLINK X15 1.0.0-B20230714.1105 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt router service. The /boafrm/formParentControl route passes an overlong submit-url value to vulnerable code without checking its length, corrupting memory. A valid management session is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates denial of service rather than verified code execution.
