Service interruption via mistimed UFS hardware reset

Denial of service in the Qualcomm UFS driver in Linux allows local users to trigger a regulator overcurrent fault during system shutdown. The shutdown path asserts hardware reset immediately after the SSU command, then requests regulator low-power mode while UFS firmware is still drawing reset current. The condition requires Qualcomm UFS hardware and a shutdown sequence; the resulting overcurrent-protection fault can interrupt device operation.
