Kernel crash via NULL blob dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.16 through 6.17.9 allows local users to crash the kernel through DRM plane format handling. During plane initialization, create_in_format_blob converts a drm_property_create_blob error into NULL, and its caller treats NULL as success and dereferences blob->base.id. Triggering requires local low-privileged access to exercise DRM plane setup on a system using affected kernel code; the bounded consequence is a kernel oops and service interruption.
