Kernel warning via incomplete PTP error cleanup

Cleanup errors in the Linux kernel ice driver 6.12.11 through 6.12.59 and 6.13 through 6.17.9 allow attackers to trigger a warning. Failed PTP initialization or restart leaves PF resources, the ps_lock mutex, and sometimes the PTP clock registered because ice_ptp_init and ice_ptp_release skip required cleanup. The warning occurs when the affected Intel Ethernet driver is removed after an error; published evidence reports no crash or remote trigger.
