Kernel crash via leaked SCMI power domains

Resource leak in the SCMI power-domain driver in Linux beginning with 4.17 allows attackers to trigger a kernel crash during initialization. When of_genpd_add_provider_onecell() fails during probe, the error path returns without removing generic power domains already created for the provider. The crash requires an ARM SCMI provider-registration failure; leaked domains can leave invalid state that genpd_debug_add() later accesses.
