Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized productName query
Published Jun 28, 2025 · Updated Jun 30, 2025
SQL injection in code-projects Inventory Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data via productName. The /php_action/createProduct.php handler inserts the multipart productName value directly into a SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding. No login or user interaction is required; a crafted POST request supports time-based extraction and unauthorized database operations.
