Kernel panic via uninitialized MAC header offset

Denial of service in the Linux qmi_wwan driver allows attackers to trigger a kernel panic through IPsec traffic on qmimux0. For raw IP packets, qmimux_rx_fixup leaves skb->mac_header uninitialized, so xfrm reads a misaligned offset on strict-alignment systems. The crash requires an ARM or ARM64 system using IPsec over a qmi_wwan qmimux0 interface, and the reported consequence is a kernel panic.
