Local kernel disclosure and crash via stale dst_dev

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 4.12 through 6.12.57 and 6.13 through 6.17.7 allows local users to read kernel memory or crash the system. The tcp_fastopen_active_disable_ofo_check() path reads dst->dev->flags without RCU protecting the device pointer, permitting a concurrent lifetime change to leave the dereference stale. Reaching the path requires local low-privileged execution, TCP Fast Open state, and a high-complexity race; published scoring bounds impact to confidentiality and availability.
