System crash via uninitialized JFS waitqueue

Denial of service in Linux JFS allows local users to crash the system through operations on a read-only JFS filesystem. The txInit() loop starts at index 1, leaving TxBlock[0].waitor uninitialized; txEnd(0) then accesses that waitqueue after txBegin() returns transaction ID 0. The path requires an already-mounted read-only JFS volume, and an ordinary unprivileged file operation can trigger the system crash.
