Account takeover via session-unbound cached OAuth state

CSRF in Authlib 1.0.0 through 1.6.5 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts through cache-backed OAuth callbacks. FrameworkIntegration stores state by app and state value, while get_state_data accepts it without binding it to the caller's session. A victim must be logged in and open an attacker-supplied callback, and takeover requires the application to link the attacker's SSO identity to the victim account.
