Unauthenticated denial of service via unbounded resources

Resource exhaustion in CoreDNS before 1.14.0 allows remote attackers to crash gRPC, HTTPS, or HTTP/3 servers without authentication. The servers leave concurrent connections and streams unbounded, while gRPC accepts protobuf payloads up to its roughly 4 MB default instead of the 64 KB DNS limit. Parallel connections, rapid requests, or oversized gRPC messages consume memory until the process becomes unresponsive or is terminated by the OOM killer.
