Server-side request forgery via client-controlled Instagram endpoint

SSRF in Parse Server before 8.6.2 and 9.0.0 through 9.1.1-alpha.1 allows remote authenticated users to send server-side requests. The Instagram adapter's getUserFromAccessToken method uses authData.apiURL as the request destination instead of restricting requests to the Instagram Graph API. Low-privileged access and enabled Instagram authentication are required; SSRF exposes reachable responses, while authentication bypass remains unconfirmed.
