Unauthorized session updates via zero session identifier

Incorrect authorization in EVerest Core before 2025.9.0 allows physically proximate attackers to alter charging session context. The iso_validate_response_code function compares a received identifier with an uninitialized-session default of zero, so identifier zero passes; messages are published to MQTT and dispatched before that check. Exploitation requires adjacent access to the V2G interface and no privileges or user interaction, and it permits anonymous MQTT emissions and handler-driven context updates.
