Database credential disclosure via uncaught exception
Published Dec 17, 2025 · Updated Dec 17, 2025
Information disclosure in StatementWrapper.php in ChurchCRM before 6.5.3 allows remote authenticated users to read database credentials. An uncaught database exception returns an error message containing the database host, IP address, username, and password. A low-privileged account and a reachable database-error path are required; exposed credentials grant direct access to the SQL server.
