SYSTEM code execution via hardcoded OpenSSL path

Local privilege escalation in NXLog Agent 6.10.10368 and earlier on Windows allows local users to execute code as SYSTEM at startup. At service startup, the SYSTEM process reads openssl.cnf from the hardcoded legacy C:\nxlog4\x64\ directory and loads an attacker-chosen DLL. Exploitation requires a standard Windows user to create that root-level directory and file before the service starts, yielding SYSTEM execution on the host.
