Privileged code execution via executable archive extraction

Code injection in the Translate Module in 1C-Bitrix through 25.100.500 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The asset grabber upload, extract, and apply actions accept an archive containing a PHP web shell and a .htaccess file, extract it under a web-accessible upload path, and leave the PHP file executable. SOURCE or WRITE permission and a valid session are required; the supplier disputes the issue because those high-privileged users are intended to upload translated pages.
