Authenticated code execution via unchecked archive extraction
Published May 8, 2026 · Updated May 8, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in the Translate Module in Bitrix24 25.100.300 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code. The archive extraction workflow fails to verify archive contents, so a PHP file and crafted .htaccess file are written into a temporary web-accessible directory and executed. An account needs SOURCE and WRITE permissions for the module; the supplier disputes the issue because those rights are intended for highly privileged page translators.
