Session theft via unformatted AI responses

Stored XSS in Moodle LMS 4.5.0 through 4.5.7, 5.0.0 through 5.0.3, and 5.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to steal sessions. The course-assistance explain_text and summarise_text handlers return generatedcontent from the AI manager without formatting it as plain text, so browser markup remains active. Exploitation requires low-privileged access to an AI course-assistance action and another user to view the response; script execution can steal that viewer's session or alter the interface.
