Authenticated code execution via unsafe file unserialization

Code injection in affected Moodle LMS releases allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server-side code through file restore. File restore passes attacker-controlled serialized file-reference source fields to PHP unserialize(), permitting object instantiation during core file handling. Access to the restore interface is required; execution occurs in the Moodle server context and can compromise application data and operation.
