Arbitrary file read via unsanitized transfer path

Path traversal in affected Weaviate OSS releases allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files accessible to the service process. The GetFile transfer path passes an unvalidated fileName to filepath.Join and os.Open, so absolute paths or parent-directory segments escape the shard root. Exploitation requires the disabled-by-default Shard Movement API to be reachable and the target shard to be in the Pause file activity state.
