Supervisor escalation via insufficient API role checks

Role escalation in DriveLock Enterprise Service 24.1, 24.2, and 25.1 before 25.1.6 allows remote authenticated users to gain Supervisor privileges. The role-management API accepts promotion requests from accounts holding Manage roles and permissions without preventing assignment of the higher Supervisor role. Administrator accounts receive that privilege by default, and the cross-tenant consequence mainly affects cloud multi-tenant deployments rather than typical single-tenant installations.
