Unauthenticated server hang via unsafe payload deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in Meta React Server Components 19.0.2, 19.1.3, and 19.2.2 allows remote attackers to hang servers. The request decoder used by the Parcel, Turbopack, and Webpack bindings accepts a crafted HTTP payload at a Server Function endpoint and enters an infinite loop that consumes CPU. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure requires server-side React Server Components support, and a successful request prevents the process from serving later HTTP traffic.
