Arbitrary JavaScript execution via APIVersion expression evaluation

Code injection in Flow-Scanner Lightning Flow Scanner before 6.10.6 allows attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript during a local scan. The APIVersion rule concatenates a flow API version with an untrusted rule expression and passes the resulting string to new Function() for evaluation. Processing attacker-controlled flow metadata or rule configuration executes the expression with the scanner's privileges, exposing developer workstations, editor sessions, and CI runners.
