Authenticated OS command execution via username shell interpolation

Command injection in xiaoyunjie openvpn-cms-flask 1.2.0 through 1.2.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. The create_user function joins the username into a raw vpnuser command string, which Cmd.onetime_shell passes to subprocess.Popen with shell=True. Access to the group-restricted user creation API and valid privileged credentials is required; injected commands execute with the service's operating-system privileges.
