Cross-site scripting in ThinkInAIXYZ DeepChat before 0.5.3 allows remote attackers to execute system commands through Mermaid diagrams. MarkdownRenderer.vue passes Mermaid code to MermaidBlockNode without sanitization or strict security settings, permitting javascript: click handlers to reach the globally exposed Electron IPC renderer. Execution requires a user to click the crafted diagram element, after which the IPC bridge can invoke privileged main-process handlers and start attacker-chosen commands.
