Media record deletion via exposed SFTP-event route

Missing authorization in AzuraCast 0.23.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete media records via the public SFTP-event API. The /api/internal/sftp-event route accepts an unauthenticated pre-delete event without confirming that the request came from AzuraCast's localhost-only internal HTTP service, then removes the referenced media record. Exploitation requires a valid station SFTP username and knowledge or guessing of the internal media path; AzuraCast later recreates the record, but its playlist associations and custom metadata are lost.
