OS command injection in Fireshare before 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted video filename. Upload handlers embed the unsanitized filename-derived save path in a Popen shell command, allowing shell metacharacters to alter execution. Authentication is required unless Public Uploads is enabled; successful exploitation runs commands with the Fireshare service account's privileges.
